About Us

Communications Consulting Worldwide (CCW), with headquarters in New York City, is the multidisciplinary global consulting unit of Fleishman-Hillard, one of the world's leading international communications firms.

CCW was developed through a two-year investment by Fleishman-Hillard, starting in 2003. Since November of 2005, CCW has been providing clients with a unique combination of communications advice, reputation value measurement, communications and marketing integration, marketing mix/ROI modeling, and communications organizational analysis and design that supports business strategy and improves business outcomes.

Peter Verrengia, former regional president of Fleishman-Hillard and now President and Senior Partner of CCW, led the development of CCW in collaboration with Professor Paul. A. Argenti of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and with Dr. Pamela Cohen, Ph.D. and Jonathan Low, the founders and partners of Predictiv LLC, one of the leading consulting firms in the area of intangibles valuation. Dr. Cohen is now also a partner in CCW, with responsibility for advising clients, and leads CCW's reputation value measurement and communications value measurement work. Franz Paasche, an expert in crisis response and leadership communications with a background in both law and communications joined CCW to expand its capabilities in this area.

CCW also draws on Fleishman-Hillard's global network of senior communications counselors, as well as outside experts in business strategy, statistical modeling, organizational design, legal issues, corporate governance, branding, and marketing strategy.
