Customized Approach
CCW's customized modeling and analysis for each client uses multivariate statistics, econometric modeling, and intangible valuation. When building each unique client model, CCW uses data that most organizations have already collected.
CCW then evaluates activities such as brand communications (at the corporate or product level), media relations, public affairs, and employee relations.
The customized analysis:
- Measures and guides the management of individual communications tactics, and complete communications and integrated marketing communications programs
- Benchmarks the client's results against two to four key competitors
- Provides concrete data that supports communications strategy development and offers a basis for predicting future business outcomes
- Generates reports that can compare with those used by other functions to measure success and efficiency or to provide input to a balanced scorecard process
